Science strikes again

As part of the interview season for fellowship programs, I've been seeing a lot of the St Louis airport for the past few months. In that time, they've finished a tile mosaic mural near the main terminal.



It's very nice.


I think.

Maybe.

Except that every time I see it, all I can think is
"Herpes virus corneal infection."


So in other words, Bonnie wins again.

  2. Wow! Is that seriously what a herpes infection looks like on the eyeball? That's the weirdest thing I've ever seen. Why does it do that? And why is it all glow in the dark yellow?
